On the show for this episode we have a special treat. Microsoft is renowned the world over, and today we have one of the leaders within Microsoft as our guest. Michelle Swann-Renee. She is a Senior FastTrack Engineer Lead at Microsoft.  She comes to us with a track record to include over 15 years of experience working in project management, leadership, and software development.  Over this time she has remained relevant at every step within a field that is changing rapidly.  I’m also impressed because the engineering field is usually male dominated, and leans toward a white demographic. . . but here we have a black woman who has risen the ranks in this field.  And I’m honored to have her today.
